MEETING IN STYLE  

Hotel Montanus has its own seminar building where you can meet in an original and tranquil environment. The perfect setting for your meetings and seminars.  

The seminar building is located in the middle of a private garden in the historic city centre. It's a natural choice to hold your meetings in the natural surroundings of Hotel Montanus.    

PRACTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SEMINAR AREA  

• The meeting room measures 60 m².
• It is equipped with air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.
• It can accommodate 30 people sitting in a U-form or 50 people sitting theatre-style.
• It comes complete with all the necessary apparatus for meetings (flip charts, beamer,...).  
  
  

CATERING AND COFFEE BREAKS TO SUIT YOU

Meetings never go well on an empty stomach, so chef-proprietor Jo Dezutter will delight in spoiling you with all kinds of tasty treats during a quick, light lunch or extensive dinner. We shall adapt to your requirements.  

You can take a tea or coffee break in the lounge, on the sun terrace or in the gallery.

Our 25 stylishly decorated rooms featuring 4-star comfort provide a pleasant place to relax after the meeting. The rooms are fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a laptop safe and a telephone, allowing you to continue work comfortably after the meeting. The breakfast buffet featuring local goodies will provide plenty of energy to start a new day.
